An American Grad Student who spent
his freshman year in the UK has named his blog after the painting.
When he first saw it, it struck him as the greatest painting he had ever seen. He now has several copies. The painting has gone far beyond its home in impact. Most Americans who see it and understand its history go silent.
Trafalgar meant as much to the world as it did to the UK. Aside from that it's one more slap to the
french. An average midwesterner.
